The position

Responsible for the carriage of passengers and cargo in compliance with regulations, general procedures and CORSAIRFLY procedures, more than 200 Cockpit employees ensure all CORSAIRFLY flights are rigorously prepared and undertaken.

Current CORSAIRFLY Cockpit personnel selection criteria:

- Full ATPL
- 2500 hours flying time on a JAR 25 aircraft, including 1000 hours on a jet aircraft
- Fluent English

Cabin crew

900 flight attendants guarantee the safety and comfort of passengers on board our aircraft. Driven by an occupation that is enriching and varied, our flight attendants are always attentive to our customers in order to provide continuous improvement of our services.

Current CORSAIRFLY Cabin crew selection criteria:

  • Minimum age: 18 years
  • A-level (baccalaureate) qualifications
  • Oral fluency in one foreign language
  • Hold: The Attestation of Cabin Crew Initial Safety Training ("CFS") or the Safety, rescue and first aid certificate ("CSS") + confirmation of additional training for the CFS subject areas E50 and H80

Before enrolling with a body that offers CSS training, you should check that you are physically capable of working as a cabin crew member by taking a medical examination at a healthcare centre.

The CFS is awarded by the SFACT division within the French civil aviation authority.

Counter clerks

The position

In direct contact with our customers, these men and women are responsible for reserving, selling and issuing tickets.
They also advise passengers on prices, itineraries and the organization of their trip.

Transfer assistants

The position

Our transfer assistants, dedicated to ensuring CORSAIRFLY customers enjoy the highest level of service, take care of passengers at airport terminals.

After having taken part in the preparation of flights and pre-flight briefings, they welcome and check-in passengers.
They are also responsible for the boarding of passengers and for making sure that all conditions for a safe and comfortable flight are met.

Salespeople

Our Salespeople are in direct daily contact with professionals in the travel industry: travel agency networks (IATA or not), tour operators, group travel organisers, etc.

Their role is to promote the brand and develop the Corsairfly product, as well as to manage and boost sales.

Direct Sales development employees:

  • On the website, www.corsairfly.com
    E-merchandising coordination teams, project managers, webmaster, etc.

  • On 0820.042.042: Telephone-based contact, information and reservation centre.
    Telesales operators, call centre supervisors, coaches and trainers, etc.

  • At Corsairfly airport counters and high street agencies.

Regardless of the channel, greater sales volumes depend on positions such as:

  • Operational marketing employees whose main role consists of implementing commercial action plans, monitoring partnerships and marketing budgets and creating all kinds of sales media.

  • Sales support advisors and stock managers who provide technical/commercial assistance both to travel agencies and tour operators on a daily basis.

  • Customer service operators whose role is to build loyalty among our customers through the professional management of the after-sales and post-holiday services.

Business Intelligence

Financial analysis assesses whether potential offers and schedules are financially viable and studies the opening of possible new routes.

Revenue management models and foresees demand, analyses the response from our competitors, and defines and develops the allocation of capacities while optimizing revenue from regular flights.
It works alongside the System and pricing department which participates in creating and implementing the company's pricing policy as well as making our offer available to customers through the various distribution channels.

Strategic marketing analyses the economic environment of the markets, competition and demand while also studying the company's internal situation (organization, product performance, positioning).

Finally, the Product team is responsible for designing and adapting the product offered to passengers in airport terminals and on board the aircraft with the aim of always exceeding our customers' expectations.

Air operations

Air operations staff have the task of coordinating the various different people involved in operations relating to the aircraft.

Their aim: to ensure CORSAIRFLY flights depart on time, in compliance with safety and service quality standards.

They are also responsible for preparing the flight plan as well as all dossiers containing information on the flight's conditions and characteristics.

Planning staff produce, optimize and monitor the work schedules of CORSAIRFLY cockpit and cabin crew.

Technical and maintenance engineers

Production

"Production" mechanics undertake all or part of the preventive and corrective maintenance operations on aircraft and cabin systems, equipment, installations and materials.

Methods and techniques

  • Technical engineers define and draft the repair and servicing procedures.
  • Other technicians organize, prepare and coordinate the servicing activities. Their aim: to ensure that the load plan is respected and to make sure that "Production" functions smoothly, in compliance with procedures in place, deadlines and the operating programme.

Quality

Several quality assurance engineer teams make sure that all of CORSAIRFLY's organizational procedures are known, applied and respected. Their aim: to contribute to resolving any discrepancies that have been identified.
