Luggage complaints


Your luggage was damaged or late when you arrived at your destination

We fully understand the nuisance caused by this incident and present our apologies. We can assure you that your complaint will be taken very seriously and would like to request that you take the following steps depending on whether your luggage has been lost or damaged.

In all cases, you need to submit a declaration on the date of your arrival, to the Luggage Service at your destination located near the luggage delivery area. This declaration must be made before you leave the reserved area.

To track down any luggage which was not delivered when you arrived:

  • During the first 5 days after the date of your flight, you may contact the luggage department at ADP (Paris airports) on 01 48 16 04 09, or the luggage department at the airport concerned.
  • From the 6th day onwards, it is the Corsairfly Luggage Service (who can be reached on +33 (0) 1.41.58.75.59) which takes over, up to the 30th day.

The call centre is open from Monday to Sunday, as well as on public holidays, from 10 am to 6 pm.
The administration department is open from Monday to Friday with the exception of public holidays, from 10 am to 6 pm

We would like to remind you that the airline will not take into account any perishable items (including medicines), valuable or fragile items, currency, jewelry, silverware, shares, securities or other precious items, samples and business papers which are placed in checked-in luggage, with or without the carrier's knowledge. We recommend that you do not place these types of products or items in the hold but instead keep them with you in your hand luggage.

What about items confiscated during security checks?

Due to the Vigipirate Renforcé anti-terrorist plan and new security measures imposed by European regulations, you are not authorized to keep any of the following in the cabin:

  • Any item considered as dangerous or which may be considered as a weapon. This includes pointed, sharp and cutting objects and items which may be used as blunt weapons. These will be confiscated the moment you pass through the security checkpoint and destroyed.
  • Any items defined by the term "liquids". These are confiscated the moment you pass through the security checkpoint and destroyed.

The airline declines any liability for the confiscation of these items and a failure to return them. For further information, click here

If you have a complaint:

  • If you have booked your journey as a package (flights + hotel) please contact your travel agent directly.
  • For any complaints concerning a flight booked with no other services, please send us a detailed letter explaining the circumstances, including:
    - Your full postal address
    - Copies of the passenger receipts and/or boarding cards
    - A copy of the invoice for your reservation
    - Receipts for any possible costs incurred (originals)
