All passengers with a confirmed reservation and a valid electronic ticket can go straight to the check-in area to receive their boarding card and to check-in their luggage.

When should I check-in?

For a worry free departure, we advise that you go to the check-in desks a minimum of three hours before the departure time for your flight.
Important !    The check-in desks close one hour before the departure of the flight. After this deadline you will no longer be accepted onboard and you run the risk of losing your ticket

How do I check-in?

In order to obtain their boarding cards, each passenger must present their ID (identity card or passport used at the time of reservation) in addition to any other document required by the customs, administrative and health regulations to enter or leave the territory. ( View the formalities ).

Luggage should be prepared in compliance with the applicable regulations and must:
- individually labeled both inside and out (clearly featuring your last names, first names, telephone number and permanent address.
- be locked by key.

Continuous check-in

For flights departing from the airports of Pointe-à-Pitre and Fort-de-France, you can avoid the queues and take advantage of the continuous check-in open from 10 o'clock in the mornings (local time) on your departure date.
Important! In order to complete all of the customs and police formalities without having to rush, passengers who have checked-in in advance should go to the police checkpoints a minimum of one hour before the departure time of their flight.

If you are traveling with a child aged from 0 to 4 years old, you can keep your pushchair with you right up to when you board of the aircraft. Upon arrival it will be placed on the luggage conveyor before the standard luggage items.
